Previous messages here explained that I was catching up on old orders. As of August 1, 2017 I am all caught up. I have sent out every package to every customer.
When I send a package, I email you and advise you the package is on the way. I also ask you to tell me when it arrives. Most never tell me.
When you receive your package, let me know.
If you do not receive your package, contact me! Otherwise, how can I ever know.
If you have a complaint, contact me! As a last resort, you will get a refund. Afterwards, if you STILL want to complain ... that reflects on you, not me.
I cannot resolve a complaint if I do not know about it, but I will not go searching for complaints; if you want to complain behind my back ... that reflects on you, not me.
I will wait until October 1, 2017, then move forward and not look back. Beyond that date, I may need to insist on tracking, especially for large orders.
Tracking proves I sent the package and proves you received it.
However, tracking will cost you (the customer) A LOT more.
